Encino Estates POA is located in Dayton, Texas, about 30 miles northeast of downtown Houston in Liberty County.  It is a deed-restricted community with lots available to build residential homes with a minimum of 1800 square feet. They offer a guarded entrance and a park for residents to enjoy. Dayton is part of the Dayton Independent School District (ISD). Encino Estates 2025 Annual Assessments

Please note the 2025 Annual Assessments for Encino Estates will be updated to reflect the change to $400.00.  The new statements will be sent out on Tuesday, January 7th.  The Assessments will be due on February 1st with a late payment date of March 1st.
 
If you have already paid the $450.00 in Assessments, there will be a credit on your account.  If you would like a reimbursement, then please wait until April to make the request.

This payment goes directly through the POA's bank and does charge a surcharge.  The Management Company does NOT charge for this service.
Owners May Register For Document Access

Homeowners may register on the website (upper right corner) by submitting their information and being approved for access to our Documents & Forms page. Owners will use their email as their username and select their own password once approved.
