***Please note the Architectural Committee has 30 days after the submission of a complete architectural packet to review your application. If you submit your project in your Owner Portal, you are still required to submit the Encino Estates specific application.***
Required documentation for home improvements:
1. Encino Estates Home Modification Application
2. Copy of Survey showing location of requested improvement
3. Specs, photos and any other information that related to the proposed application.
