Encino Estates 2025 Annual Assessments

Please note the 2025 Annual Assessments for Encino Estates will be updated to reflect the change to $400.00. The new statements will be sent out on Tuesday, January 7th. The Assessments will be due on February 1st with a late payment date of March 1st.
If you have already paid the $450.00 in Assessments, there will be a credit on your account. If you would like a reimbursement, then please wait until April to make the request.

Also, please note if you would like to make a payment online, you will need to go to your Owner Portal at the following link:

This payment goes directly through the POA's bank and does charge a surcharge. The Management Company does NOT charge for this service.
